Level 3 Paediatric 12 Hours First Aid (RQF) (BLENDED) (EYFS/OFSTED) 1 day online, 1 day face to face

About:
Our Level 3 Paediatric First Aid Training (RQF) is a regulated qualification by TQUK awarding body.

This is recognised by (EYFS/OFSTED) for Childcare Professionals.

Our blended course provides 12 hours of teaching. Online for the first part and a one day face to face for the second. This course meets and exceeds the requirements of Ofsted and EYFS and surestart.

This is the blended versionThis is a 12 hour fully practical course over 2 days or over Saturdays and/or Evenings All instructors are either a registered Doctor/Nurse/Paramedic who are instructors for the Resuscitation Council (UK) and Advanced Paediatric Life Support Instructors.

You MUST complete Part 1 AND Part 2 so dates are flexible.

This course is aimed at child minders, carers, teachers and nursery staff.

Cost:
£90 per person or £75 per person if an early bird booking.

Certification of succesful completion of the course is valid for 3 years.

'It is important that you are aware that Ofsted requirements for Nannies and Au Pairs depend on whether registration is required. If you choose to register, you must be mindful that in most cases people who work with children (and this includes Nannies, Au Pairs , Child minders, Nursery Workers and Childcare workers) still require the Paediatric 2 Day First Aid course to meet all the requirements. Please be aware that the regulations for the Childcare register require the child-minder, or the home child carer, to have an appropriate First Aid Qualification.'

Paediatric 6 hours First Aid Training (EYFS/OFSTED) for Au Pairs and Nannies - Dates Available

About:
Our Paediatric 6 hour First Aid Training (EYFS/OFSTED) for Nannies and Au Pairs course is either over 1 day (6 hours) or over 2 evenings (totalling 6 hours)

In-house group bookings for 6 - 12 candidates can be arranged.

It is a fully practical course taught by a registered Doctor/Nurse/Paramedic who are instructors for the Resuscitation Council (UK) and Advanced Paediatric Life Support Instructors.

This course is aimed at nannies and au-pairs or any who would like a more in depth First Aid course than Parent First Aid.

Cost:
£75 per person or £60 per person if an early bird booking.

Certification of succesful completion of the course is valid for 3 years.

Parent First Aid - Dates Available

We run 2-3 hour Parent First Aid courses throughout the year for New Parents, Tired Parents, Grandparents and any other family member!!!!

You will cover CPR for adults, infants and children, emergencies, the unconscious child, minor trauma, anaphylaxis, febrile convulsions, meningitis awareness and more.

The Parent First Aid course in £20 per person, if there is a group booking please contact us to discuss discounted sessions.

First Aid at Work (FAW) - Dates Available

This is an 18 hours course normally held over 3 days. In house training for groups can be accommodated. We can also look to undertake this course within the evenings for a group booking.

This course is for those becoming First Aiders at Work or wish to have a First Aid qualification.

This course meets the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981.

This course is competency based and on successful completion will provide a First Aid at Work qualification certified for 3 years.

First Aid at Work Re-qualification (FAWr)

If you are already a First Aider and have a valid and current First Aid at Work certificate with at least 3 month before it expires, you can take our FAW (Req) course instead of undertaking the 3 day FAW course.

This course meets the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981.

This course is competency based and on succesfull completion will provide a First Aid at Work qualification certified for 3 years.

Appointed Person

Our appointed person in the workplace course is perfect for businesses and establishments who have identified that they require first aid provision but not requiring a First Aider and meets the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981.

First Aid at Work - Annual Refresher

The HSE recommends that all First Aiders should refresh their First Aid skills. Our First Aid at Work annual refresher provides those with First Aid at Work training to refresh their skill and knowledge. We run this course once a year but can arrange for a group booking. This is a 6 hour course held over held over 1 day or 2 evenings of 3 hours each. In house training for groups/organisations can be accommodated.

BLS and AED in the Workplace

Our popular Level 1 and Level 2 (UK CSTF) BLS and AED Adult and Paediatric Resuscitation course is for any workplace or organisation who wishes to have BLS and AED training but not a full First Aid at Work course. This course is one of our most popular courses that allow anyone within a company or organisation to gain the confidence and competence to recognise cardiac arrest and begin CPR.
